Alexandros Front Office by Sunsoft is an on-premise hotel management solution for small and midsize businesses. The solution contains features for managing every aspect of hotel operations, from reservation and housekeeping management to point of sale support.
Reservations can be made for individuals and groups and packages can be added during the booking process. The room planner feature helps to make reservations using the drag-and-drop function to select the required room. Guest information is categorized as individuals, children or additional guests per room with different rates for each type of guest.
The housekeeping function keeps track of each room’s status and linen service history, as well as a list of housekeeping employees for communication. The solution also includes accounting functionality with a list of payments, a night audit function and credit and debit card processing. The solution can interface with several other systems, such as online booking engines, a PBX system and a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
